I completed my initial interview screening call in August 2024 and was then pushed forward to meet the team on a 1v1 with a current sales team member, followed by another 1v1 with the Head of Growth. Both interviews went well. Both Minoan team members were super pleasant to speak with and exuberated great energy towards the company. The final step before meeting with the CEO and other team members was a take-home case study assignment which consisted of 2 email sequences and some preliminary questions about the product and possible ICP matches for the company. After submitting my case study, I received no feedback or help with questions about the final presentation and was immediately sent an email on how I would prefer to receive news of whether or not I received the opportunity to move forward with the final stage.
