Entretien
This is a 4-5 step interview process. Overall, it is a very relaxed environment. They look for someone that they would want to hang out with outside of the office. You do a behavioral assessment and then they see if you match up with their management team. You are interviewing to be entered into their training program in the spring/summer. By fall they have narrowed it down to just a few.

Never had a specific question that challenged you intellectually. It was all very subjective. They are hiring someone who is charismatic yet intimate.
