The process overall was very easy. Bring your resume and know your availability. The first thing you do is hand the interviewer the resume and then they have you fill out an availability sheet. Afterwards, they ask you questions like do you have any management experience, previous job exprience, why did you apply to work here, are there any major events you plan to attend like comic con, anime convention, con, etc.
