The interview was short and questions not appropriate for the position or even to test passion, skills or experience. After the interview the interviewer mentioned that it will be taken to the next level for 2nd round of interview with the team. But unfortunately only after emailing to check the status I got a very cold email stating the following : Thank you for taking the time to prepare your application and giving us the chance of getting to know you better through conversation. Your experience and qualifications were carefully reviewed in relation to our current needs, but unfortunately we do not see a fit with any of our available positions at this time . Being a personal development company and when they are claiming to be so focused on unifying the world for raising human consciousness, they need to be more polite and motivating candidates in sending replies and I was particularly drawn back by the usage of words "we do not see a fit with any of our available positions" Well, I wasn't in first place ready to take up a role in "any" position but was specific to what I had applied!!! Terribly rude people and makes no sense to apply and even work for such companies!

The interview process consisted of 4 interviews in my case. The 1st one was with someone from HR, the 2nd was with the team lead of the team I applied for, the 3rd was with someone from that team (usually it is first with someone from the team and then with the team lead, but it depends of their availability) and the 4th one was with the Chief People Officer. It definitely helps and I would highly advise to prepare before the interview and to be able to give concrete answers.
