Very friendly and easygoing 'personality interview' to start, which was followed by more in-depth questioning or testing in relation to the specific job requirements that RBTs encounter on a daily basis. However, the interviewer was very helpful and encouraging along the way even when I didn't know the correct answer to some questions right off the bat.
