The Hiring process took some time, it took about 2 weeks for any type of response from my application. Mindbody is a software company, so know that you need to check your email, they will not call you. I received an email and was ask to schedule a phone interview. I enjoyed the interview process. I have never been really interview, I was nervous and excited, but the interviewees made you feel like you were at home. The phone interview is the first step, which is simply asking what your day to day life is, what you do, why you want to work them and leave your current job, what your hobbies, basically a get to know you. At that point they should grasp your personality and if you fit into the company. at the end of the interview I was told I would get a second interview with people in person. I received lots of emails, another application, personality test, and schedule your in person interview. This interview goes more in depth, they ask your computer experience, they put you in different scenarios and see how your problem solving skills. They use a lot of your resume during this process. For example: I see you work at such in such place name a time that you had a problem with an individual or a situation go into detail about what you did. Also whats your biggest accomplishments, what are some of your goals. My second interview was done by two others in the welcome team, it was with my soon to be peers. Also, you have to show a section of mindbody that you learned, you will get an email showing training videos, its pretty simple, and they only expect 2-5 min demonstration. Also, know why you would be a good candidate. I was asked to shadow an implementation coach, I thoroughly enjoyed this because it put in perspective what I should expect. By the time I left it was around 2 hrs of interview, but check my email and I was asked to do the third interview. The third interview was head of the welcome team. I loved it, a like a conversation it was refreshing and comforting I would enjoy this job. There were some tough questions but it was discussions. Some claim if you are offered a third interview you have the job its just part of the process.
