The interview process was sort of odd. I had a 30-minute phone interview with a recruiter who didn't ask me many questions (maybe a total of 3), and definitely didn't ask much about my experience. That only lasted 15 minutes and so I filled the time by asking questions to her about the company, culture, etc, which she didn't know the answer to some of them. She said I was going through to the next round, and part of the next step was completing a personality and cognitive test. I asked her specifically if the tests would determine if I went to the next round and she said no, that it was only used in part of the interview process. I took the tests and within a few days was sent rejection email. I was really surprised as it felt like I was being led on.
