Entretien
It was short and relatively easy. You get a phone screen from HR and make sure you know it is a porn company. Then few days after get scheduled for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and another colleague in the department. After that, they will ask you fill out this mini-SEO test where you can pretty much research the answers even if you do not know the answer. The waiting game of getting the job is the terrible aspect, as they are impolite and unprofessional when it comes to getting back to the interviewed candidates. You do not get a confirmation if they received it or not. Two weeks after submission of the test, reached out to the HR to see the status only to get a radio silence response. On the third week, reached out to the hiring manager about the status, within few minutes of sending that e-mail you get a response finally from HR regarding the status of the job.

Entretien
The HR person took me to an interview room with other two members of the team, which were not introduced by name or job title. The interview lasted 30 minutes in total with the first 15 minutes being only HR admin talk (irrelevant if you are not hired). Second half of interview was a scrutinization of my resume, even though I was told it was going to be a casual chat. The hiring manager and his subordinate were testy (almost hostile) and not interested or skilled in getting the best out of the candidate. Finally, the job description available online did not match the role that was being offered and I withdrew my original application.
