I was asked to complete a take home assignment which had a variety of questions regarding my knowledge on multiple web dev concepts. After that I went through a few zoom interviews where I met the rest of the team and the leadership team.

One of the cofounders reached out to schedule a phone interview, which was poorly done as the interviewer was conducting the interview while he was on his way to some place. The connection was bad and I could barely hear what he was saying. After the phone "interview" they sent me a list of questions and asked me to record a video lecture.
