I learned of the opportunity from Pareto, after doing multiple rounds of interviews. First, I met with the manager over Zoom, then did a cold call and met another person in leadership. The last interview is in person (dress nice and show up early) with the VP of Sales and the Manager. Heard back within a day

90 minute 3 interviews not bad but it’s long but conversations are good and it flows well. Definitely have your why sales and how will you handle rejection over and over again and if you can describe mimeo to someone who has no idea what would you say

3-4 interviews 1. HR 2. mock call with SDR manager 3. virtual interview with Sales Managers 4. in person interview with Sales Director be personable, study the company, the script for the mock call, and obtain as much information on the role as possible
First round was a phone screening. They ask you why sales and what is the sales process like. They also ask you what you know about the company. They also want to know if you have customer service or any customer facing experience.
