I applied online and was called by HR for a phone screening. Shortly after, I was brought in for an on-site interview with a cross-functional team that I would be working with regularly in that role. The questions weren't behavioral type questions which is a nice change of pace. After spending most of the morning meeting with several people I was given a short tour. After this, my potential manager brought me to lunch for a more informal interview setting. After lunch we returned to the office for one more interview. HR did a good job arranging travel and hotel for me while I was in Milwaukee.
