Went in for an electrical engineer position, and they determined that a project engineer position would be more appropriate. Both interviews were 3.5-4.5 hours long. The speed of growth in the company comes through in the interview process. Everyone is very agile and has the same mentality of demanding the best and getting the job done appropriately. They understand practicality, and being utilitarian in my responses seemed to have gone over well.
