Was contacted directly via LinkedIn. Was asked about my experience regarding a particular market they are also competing in. We directly had a phone call the day after the first contact. This was followed by a one-on-one online meeting with each of the group leaders that had vacant spots to get to know each other and the positions. Next was an online meeting with the manager and the respective group leaders to determine which position I fit into. Still had to write an application to make things official. Afterwards, HR contacted me and negotiated with me, calrifying all my questions. Was a friendly call. Not very flexible negotiating salary, vacation days and remote work, however.

Der gesamte Bewerbungsprozess verlief überraschend schnell, transparent und gut organisiert. Ich fühlte mich jederzeit respektvoll behandelt und wertgeschätzt. Besonders positiv fand ich die klare Kommunikation und die angenehme Atmosphäre während der Gespräche.
