J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Millward Brown
Entretien
1. Phone Interview - asking about details on your resume (past work done, etc)
2. Skill Test - to see if you can read data tables and charts
3. Focus Group - group discussion on brands, hiring managers/hr sits and watch and make selection accordingly
if you pass, you'll be asked to stay for the next 2 steps in the afternoon
4. Case Study - something like an ad test, again looking at data tables and charts, do a presentation
5. Interview - asking more personal questions regarding yourself, expectations, etc
6. Reference Check
J'ai passé un entretien chez Millward Brown (Mumbai)
Entretien
I was asked to visit for an hour, but the whole process ended up taking 4 hrs.
The order was all jumbled, where the Director took the interview first, and the Manager at the end (4th round).
The Sr Manager, AD and Director asked a lot of questions and by the end of it, were pretty positive. The Manager was completely disinterested, barely asked anything.
When it was my turn to ask her questions, after a bit of cross-questioning, she admitted that she had already selected a candidate, and my interview was just a formality, to make it look like the protocol was followed (and the selection process was fair).
It was a complete waste of time, as such.
