Very easy and quick sit down in house. I walked in chatted for a little and was in and out. Had second interview where I was hired and started in following days.

Walked in, filled an application, spoke to the former AM about company background who told me I was going to be sent an assessment, called back to confirm completion. After calling, received no call until called again and was told to come in to speak with the GM.

In total, took two interviews to hire one was on the spot. Thorough process but easy going. Informative orientation and training style. Everything was professional and welcoming, as well as consistent as I seen with new hires during my time at Millers.
