You speak with a recruiter to review the role and answer any questions. Then you interview with the manager. I was then invited into the office to meet with the managers, tour the office and meet co-workers

Disorganized, messy, late. The interviewers didn't really talk about the job, and it was more of a conversation. Tour of the office, but no real detail about the process and how they get work done. More of a project-by-project basis and their legacy, although I had never heard of them. The office was nice but in the middle of no where. Culture seemed stale.

Entretien
Miller Zell has a multilayer interview process that allows the candidate to meet much of the team, and the team to give critical feedback to those in charge of the hiring. I enjoyed the process, but Miller Zell left out crucial pieces of information such as the personality, experience and work skills of the person I would be reporting to. This last piece caused a lot of tension after I was hired.

I did not find any of the questions difficult. I found the time that the interview consumed stressful but it also produced thorough information for Miller Zell.
