I got a HR interview within a few days of applying online and that was a typical interview with standard questions. Interviewer was 10 minutes late though. Never heard back though, so I was ghosted unfortunately.

Uncoordinated, very poor communication. At the end of the process after several interviews and a writing assessment with a month in between each stage, they finally let me know they actually decided they were not going to hire anyone for the position after all.
