The interview process did take awhile. I applied in Feb and did not get an offer until May. The first interview was about 30 min over the phone, the second interview was in person and took 4 hours with panel of 9 people including management, HR and software developers/engineers, the third interview was about 2 hours and consisted of more questions, a test and a tour of the building
