I did a Walk-In Hiring Event. There were more than 100 candidates. I filled out an online application at the event. Most candidates already filled out an online application, but I didn't know I had to this. Waited in a conference room with all the other candidates until my name was called for the 1st interview. I was then recommended for hiring, but needed to do 2nd interview in the fiberglass warehouse. While waiting for my 2nd interview, I was given a tour of the production floor. After my 2nd interview, I was informed that I was going to be recommended for hire. I was instructed to return to the conference room. I then signed an offer letter, with pending employment passing a background check and drug screen.
