I was contacted by a milestone head hunter. After a couple of phone calls and emails interview was scheduled onsite. When I arrived I was lead to the milestone cafe for the interview which is not really a private setting for an interview.

Consisted of two interviews. One with a technical staff and one with management. While the staff members were kind and great to talk to, it seemed there was a bit of an issue with reporting what the benefits for the position were. In a sense, this is somewhat a red flag and makes one wonder what they were trying to hide.
