It took overall 2 weeks and was a seamless process for me. I basically cold pitched the CEO on mail and got an almost immediate invite to get on an exploratory call. Loved discussing my journey with them and then attempted two assignments which tested mostly my communications prowess. Post that I had a short call with their Executive Director, There was a bit of a delay in connecting with my references, but it was mostly because of busy schedules on my ex-colleagues part. I had a final call again with the CEO and post mailing my last offer and relieving letter - that worked as my pay-slip - I got the official confirmation.
