Very Easy. The interview lasted bout 15 minutes and it was fairly straightforward. Very good company to work for, Good money and even better people. You will be just fine, don't worry about it.
I submitted the online application. After a few days corporate called and asked what position I was interested in. Then I received a call three days later to schedule an interview. Back to back interviews for the Folsom location.

Was referred by another employee, had a 20 minute phone screen with HR then an onsite with the AGM, and GM. Had to fill out the official application in person. Everyone was professional and friendly.
