Pretty typical interview. Had an initial interview with the CEO and got called in for an in-person. Met with the CEO, Director of IBD, and an Associate who sat in on the interview. Asked about my prior work experience and standard behavioral/fit interview questions. Not heavy on technicals and were more focused on how you would fit in at the firm. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and the interview process was relaxed and comfortable.I received my offer a few weeks later.
