Before this position was posted, I had an informal meeting with the founder where we primarily discussed just about work, PPC etc, with little focus on Tag Implementation or Digital Analytics. I really enjoyed our conversation—especially the founder itself left a positive impression on me. However, at that time, I wasn't ready to make a career move. Fast forward to when the "Tag Implementation Specialist / Digital Analytics" position was posted where I decided to apply. The hiring process was the most challenging and thorough I’ve ever experienced. Even though the process was intense, the founder and hiring manager consistently made me feel comfortable and kept me informed every step of the way, right from day one. After the last interview I left the meeting with "they will never hire me", but they actually made me an offer! I accepted. It was well worth it.
