Initial phone screen was done by HR and I was brought in a week later for 2 in person interviews. The process was pretty smooth however two of the interviewers made fun of my answer to my face during my interview. They asked typical behavioral questions but weren't really that interested in my actual work experience. For a company that prides itself on having such a good culture, there was a serious lack of communication after the interview. Even at the most disorganized company you'll receive a polite email if you didn't get the position.
