I received a very quick response after my application. The recruiter wasn't in the office i'm in so we set up a Zoom screening to go over the basics and make sure i'd be a good candidate. Shortly after they let me know we were moving forward into interviews with management. I was given 30 minute blocks with my manager, the sr manager, and the director, getting to know them and making sure I was comfortable with my future leadership.
