First interview was over the phone with an HR lady, she asked basic questions about who i am and what I did in graduate school. I was then assigned tests to take for personal and cognitive tests. After I took these tests il was reached out to in order to schedule a zoom interview. The interview was an hour long and included questions that were casual and not extremely technical,
