The interview process was standard. One of their internal recruiters reached out to me about an open Project Manager position and we had a brief phone conversation. About a week later I was scheduled for an interview at their office to meet with the Project Executive. Just under a week later, their recruiter called me back and verbally offered me the job and I started within the next 2 weeks.
