I applied online. Three weeks later, I was contacted by an HR rep for a phone interview, which we scheduled for the next day. The interview was basic information about myself and normal interview questions. The recruiter was very positive about the interview and said she would contact me to set up an interview in person, and also mentioned a couple of other positions that she thought I would be good for. I emailed the rep the next day, and then a week after that, and then a week after that. I even emailed the HR main inbox to check that I had her email address correct. I never heard back from her, not even to acknowledge that she received any of my emails. About 6 weeks after my phone interview, I logged back into the careers page (I had been doing this every so often), and the status had finally changed from "reviewing" to "not selected." I was at no point contacted via email or other to let me know anything about this position. I found this not only extremely unprofessional but also rude.
