I spoke with an HR recruiter. They asked basic past work experience. The next step was an interview with a loan officer and the head of the department's assistant. Third interview was with the loan officer and the other officer's in that lending area after interviewing with them I met with the assistants the same day. It was a solid 3 month long hiring process.
