Fairly simple and straight forward. It had some great insights and I felt like the hiring committee was genuine about helping someone new like me join the industry. They carefully review applicants' qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role's requirements.
Quick 1 project walkthrough with the hiring manager, a 45-minute session with some quick back-and-forth questions at the beginning and towards the end, very easy-going atmosphere. Did use a case study deck to present my project

The hiring manager reached out to me, but It felt like i was interview her instead of she interviewing me. It was only 30 min, and it went back pretty fast. I felt like she didnt ask me the questions to continue the next step.
