Interview with Korn Ferry at first gave me a very bad impression. The assessment center was good and the HR was very helpful for the preparation. Didn’t get a answer for 2 weeks before I send them a message, whereas they initially told me that I would know the next day. I felt that it was a bit disrespectful, especially when candidates spent so much time preparing for the assessment with presentation to be made ahead, etc…

They Cancelled the interview on the night before the agreed date, changed the hiring manager and asked to reschedule. On the rescheduled date no one entered the interview Teams call. I reached out to the recruiter 3 times via email ( on the thread he emailed me) with no answer
