Fueron 5 entrevistas, de las cuales 4 fueron a distancia. La impresion que tuve es que no había comunicación entre los entrevistadores, al final parecia que me estaban entrevistando para un puesto totalmente distinto al que postule.

I applied online, and I got a first reply within 1 week. I had 3 loops with various senior leads from Microsoft, aftr which I finally went through the full loop, and then they told me I will get an offer. For the offer, I had 3 separate calls and numerous e-mail exchanges with the Microsoft contractor in charge, just so they can lowball me with a very poor offer.
