Long. Took about two months. Met the hiring manager and the team. I was done remotely due to COVID. Video interviews. The people were friendly. It took longer due to the holidays. But I had check in with the recruiter after not hearing anything for over 2 weeks.

Normal interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. Process did drag out a little from start until final round. Interviews were well prepared (looked at resume and likely chatted with each other before the interview).
4 Virtual Interviews, HR, Technical 1, Technical 2, Technical 3
1 In person in Seattle, Washington for whole day.
There were 2 days between each interview and the in person had two week notice as I was unavailable in the first slot.

Initial HR and HM screen followed by a day of 4 interviews with colleagues, cross-functional partners, and leadership. Prep for the Microsoft interview methods, and you'll be fine. Everyone was professional and polite.
