Third party recruiter really struggled to coordinate with tons of meeting invites and frequent changes.
On the day of the interview, nobody showed up and had to call up the recruiter.
They coordinated and someone showed up after almost 20 minutes of interview start time.
That delayed the next interview which was right after the first with no buffer in between.
Did not expect Microsoft people to be so unprofessional and lack coordination.

4 rounds of PM interviews. Quick scheduling, happened back to back within 2 days. The questions were around product design and thinking, with few questions on past work experience. If you follow a structured problem solving approach, you are good to go.

Simple -- recruiter screening first, then hiring manager interview. After that, interview with four different people. One was a technical interview with lunch. The other was with a potential teammate, then the Principal Group PM and the Principal PM Manager
