After submitting an application, I was scheduled for an initial interview. Pretty easy questions about my resume and a few PM questions. I then waited a month before ever hearing anything. I reached out about it and it seemed that my recruiter was not working with them anymore. From here onwards, I was passed around between 4 recruiters. Each piece of communication I received was from someone different and there was no point of contact to ask questions to as none of these 4 ever responded. I was invited to the final round, which consisted of four 45-min interviews. Most questions were okay and the interviewers were engaging. My issue was that it seemed I was interviewing for a specific team, and I had not been provided with this knowledge beforehand. Two of the interviewers asked very technical and team-specific questions that required in depth technical knowledge of the product and/or general knowledge of the product's architecture.

Three rounds of interview starting with phone screening, middle round of online interview and final round of three interviews all schedule within a couple weeks time. Interviews were Microsoft recruiters followed by employees
