A series of several interviews with 2 more welcome calls at the end. Start with HR, then your future boss, his/her 3 proxies (tech and 2x product) and finally a welcome call with the office manager and a "You got the offer" call :)

- You are an owner of a respected refrigerator business, how do you grow it?
- I come back to you and pitch you an idea: "Hotels use outdated landlines to make calls. Let's do something about it". How do you react? What are your next steps?
- How would you build (technically-wise) a user status feature in a communicator?
- Did you ever make a poor product decision and what did you learn from that?
- Why do you want to change jobs?

4 rounds of PM interviews. Quick scheduling, happened back to back within 2 days. The questions were around product design and thinking, with few questions on past work experience. If you follow a structured problem solving approach, you are good to go.

Simple -- recruiter screening first, then hiring manager interview. After that, interview with four different people. One was a technical interview with lunch. The other was with a potential teammate, then the Principal Group PM and the Principal PM Manager
