On my third attempt to get hired at MS, I spent a day and a half in 1-hour interviews being considered by two groups simultaneously. It was massively grueling. There were lots of the usual MS type questions to solve some kind of logic or coding problem on the whiteboard.

Straightforward technical loop overall, with strong interviewers at every stage. I genuinely enjoyed the in-depth conversations around technical challenges and algorithmic problem-solving — the entire process felt well-structured and genuinely engaging.
