HR sent a zoom interview but they were not very responsive and required multiple prompts
Interviewer was great and we engaged in meaningful conversation and seemed interested. Shared about company culture and work life balance.
It lasted for an hour and asked questions about self-introduction, work experience, and problem-solving experience. In particular, I asked deeply about the process experience. Also, interviewers require expertise and creativity.
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.

Consisted of 2 rounds. First round with 2 senior managers through zoom and onsite interview with director for second round. Questions related to resume and on approach to problem solving.
