J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Micron Technology (Singapour)
Entretien
Mass interviews in a day (up to 200) coming in batches, due to demand for the upcoming new fab. Up to 3 interviews and 1 test depending on selected or not. Very organized, quick and efficient - registration, filling up of forms, seated and then being called out, with refreshments prepared and all. Surprisingly, the interviews are 1-1 despite the number of applicants. 1st interview is probably with the section manager or someone related to the position applied for. Did not get pass the first round so I do not know of the others after that.
The interview was conducted online. The instructions for interview process were in My Page of the website. It included self introduction and research presentation. Followed by a problem solving question.
Interviewers came in 15 minutes late and did not even acknowledge they were late, just proceeded to take a seat and introduced briefly the team. Panel of 4 interviewers, 2 hiring managers and 2 team members. Interview proceeded with the team members taking turns to ask questions about personality and conflict resolution, not much technical questions. Throughout the interview, one of the hiring manager was on his phone the entire time and did not seem interested in the process other than the occasional nod while the other manager just asked some questions. The team members were helpful in explaining the job scope and environment. Overall a very unprofessional way of conducting an interview.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Micron Technology (Gujrāt)
Entretien
The Interview Process was fairly straightforward. 2 tech rounds, both with moderate difficulty. The issue was HR communications. No sort of effort to revert or update the candidate, only to receive an update 2 months later.
