Interview starts with a 1st round, with 2 to 3 people. If you get through, you'll go through a 2nd and possibly 3rd round. If you are unsuccessful, you will be sent out.
It lasted for an hour and asked questions about self-introduction, work experience, and problem-solving experience. In particular, I asked deeply about the process experience. Also, interviewers require expertise and creativity.
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.

Consisted of 2 rounds. First round with 2 senior managers through zoom and onsite interview with director for second round. Questions related to resume and on approach to problem solving.
