They asked basics only. Prepare your basics. They will check your intuitive skill. Most of the questions from digital and memory. They also asked few question from verilog. Static Time Analysis is important.
First HR phone screen. Then hiring manager phone screen reviewing resume and some technical questions, then panel interview with other engineers. Process varies between teams but most engineering positions will require a panel interview.

I was part of college hire! So two technical round followed by an HR round. First round was pretty basic and second round was in depth. Questions asked were mostly based on Verilog VHDL, Digital IC Design and Digital electronics
