J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Micron Technology en juin 2014
Entretien
I applied for manufacturing engineer online and the interview came in one day. I think they are quite short-handed. I went there at noon. First was 30-minute test. It was about logic and intelligence. Then I went to my first interview with a senior manufacturing engineer. Quite standard questions. Then he passed me to the second interviewer. He repeated some questions and doubted my capability. Later, he passed me to their manager. He was nice and willing to know more about me. He showed interests in my past cca experiences and said I might be well qualified for this job. It was in total around 2-3 hours. However, I think my major is a bit too far away from manufacturing, I did not hear from them for around two weeks. I checked the online status of my application and I realised I was already "not considered".

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Micron Technology (Gujrāt)
Entretien
The Interview Process was fairly straightforward. 2 tech rounds, both with moderate difficulty. The issue was HR communications. No sort of effort to revert or update the candidate, only to receive an update 2 months later.

Question 1
What is lean Manufacturing and how is it different from TOC
Interviewers came in 15 minutes late and did not even acknowledge they were late, just proceeded to take a seat and introduced briefly the team. Panel of 4 interviewers, 2 hiring managers and 2 team members. Interview proceeded with the team members taking turns to ask questions about personality and conflict resolution, not much technical questions. Throughout the interview, one of the hiring manager was on his phone the entire time and did not seem interested in the process other than the occasional nod while the other manager just asked some questions. The team members were helpful in explaining the job scope and environment. Overall a very unprofessional way of conducting an interview.
