HR calls. Interview by area manager and director. Manager level would be interviewed by site director. Would do a test before interview. Interview conducted in small meeting room. Need to prepare all documents for interviewers.

I was given by a pair of friendly interviewers. They let me finish the technical test and then take the test to meet the interviewers. Interviewers are professional engineers in their own role and they even shared more details about the job they are hiring.
Face to face at site, standard interview process.
First round had one interviewer, just an overall culture fit check to see if you are capable of understanding the needs of the team.
