Entretien
When I reached, they gave me 30 minutes to finish a logic quiz. The quiz requires reading and analysing the situation and select the most logical option based on that. After which, the potential team head came and interviewed me. No contact after that for the next 4 weeks.

Question 1
What do you know about micron and semiconductor industry?
It lasted for an hour and asked questions about self-introduction, work experience, and problem-solving experience. In particular, I asked deeply about the process experience. Also, interviewers require expertise and creativity.
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.

Consisted of 2 rounds. First round with 2 senior managers through zoom and onsite interview with director for second round. Questions related to resume and on approach to problem solving.
