Entretien
After I saw their ad in my glassdoor newsletter, I applied online, and within 2 days I was scheduled for an interview.
I met with the tech writer coordinator and another potential peer, we talked about the position and what work it presumes, the departments that are involved in the documentation process and so on. This was for about an hour. After this, I took a tech writing test for 30 minutes.
After this, I had a second part of the interview of about 40-45 minutes with the HR representative. We briefly discussed my resume, and focused on my motivation to come there, or what would make me choose their offer.

Question 1
About the documentation process in the current company I work for, what would be an achievement, what are my expectations.
3 rounds:
1. Written round where they check grammar and writing and comprehension skills
2. Technical round where they ask domain related questions and questions about DITA and structured authoring
3. Managerial round where they ask situation-based questions
3 rounds - written, technical and managerial. Written tests basic grammar, technical tests your tool-based skills and managerial is more of a personality round. Finally there is HR round, as usual.
