HR called and set up a phone interview. 10-15 minute phone call about my background and interest in the position. On site interview was set up for a week later. 3-hour on-site interview with various members of the department. Overall a very quick and easy interview process. I interviewed on a Friday and had an offer by Monday afternoon.

Very soon after submitting the application, I received a request to complete a few assessments. They consisted of pretty basic standardized tests kinds of math questions, a really basic English comprehension and writing test, and a design test that was mostly pattern recognition.
