I applied online and received a call from HR. I then was scheduled for 2 back to back 30 minute interviews the next week with the head engineers. I was offered the internship a couple days later.

Then I had two 30 minute back to back phone interviews. I received the offer a couple of days later and was even able to negotiate my hourly rate.
