Basicamente é submetido o currículo e automaticamente você faz uma prova on line. Muito artificial e nota que não funciona. Qualquer um pode burlar a prova e mesmo fazendo tudo certo, nada aconteceu depois.
Zara was fine, reaasuring in certain moments and I liked thay she directly says what's right in you answer which lessens the anxiety. The interview questions where a mix between easy and confusing. Excel excerise was easy.

They conducted the interview through an Ai, they ask questions about general topics, but they also give you an exercise to solve, in my case it was an excel exercise
