Application to the job through job board posting, Instant approval for an AI interview, not even with a real person. This is a waste. Company does not value people. Likely a data collection company and there is no real job.

Entretien
They give you an AI interview link. At first asking on four main topics than a 30 minute simple code task on JS. The AI interview is mostly talking with yourself since it is programmed to just simply answer: "Good", "Nice thought", but you can ask questions to see explain more when you don't understand something.

Entretien
The AI interview part was for 20 minutes and was okay for the most part but it kept lagging and the AI would accidentally take my silence (while I was thinking) to mean I was done answering and move onto the next question, cutting me short just as I started talking again. Sadly can't replace the human touch an actual person provides as an interviewer. Coding exercise was 30 minutes and pretty standard and easy.
